The Melting Pot

Very funny experience. great for date nights or family time. the Cheesefondue was delicious. the Caesar salad was fresh. was at least exciting for me, because everything tastes like sitting in the same basic. the incubating sauces are also not the largest. the black and white fondue was great. the dark chocolate was not as bitter as I thought it was.

The Melting Pot KOP exceeded my expectations. The food was great and most of all, the service was spectacular. I just wanted to compliment the service we received from Edwin! He really made our experience here outstanding! When we come back we hope he takes care of us again because we were so impressed at how well he did his job!

Overall, I had a great experience. The food was delicious. The meats seemed to have been of good quality. I made a reservation and once I arrived, I did not have to wait for a table. The service was mostly OK until the end where I felt a bit rushed by the waiter to finish, despite him saying a few times, I don 't mean to rush you . We were having a 4 course meal and it took about 2.5-ish hours for us to eat. The waiter was very nice and accommodating, but just seemed that he became a bit annoyed or overwhelmed near the end as the dinner rush was just starting. I 'd recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty fun experience.

It was a little strange, I mean, the service was slow, but the waiters always seemed confused about what we ordered. they sound like we ordered something that wasn't from there. also eating is naturally given us raw and we have to cook them ourselves. we followed every single instruction that was given to us and that never came boiled. the waiters were those who set the temperature. I think it must be higher, but they should put it right. but they never cooked about the time that were given to us, so it was a bit disgusting and disappointing. also we didn't order much, and the sum came to $300.00, that's ridiculous for raw food! if we didn't have to cook it myself, I would understand it, but it would give us raw, as high as a price. I'm very disappointed. the food tasted good, and the desert was also good. I added photos for this part. only the price was a murderer.

My friend and I chose the melting pot in kop for our jubilee dinner and it was the perfect place. the server were wonderful, informatiw and attentive. the restaurant was charming with dimm illumination and melow music. they decorated the table with things that my friend bought before our arrival. the food and cocktails are phenomenal. you can't do anything wrong in the menu. highly recommended.
