The Marketplace Eatery

I work at the mall and I’m begging you do not order anything with chicken unless you want to have diarrhea a few hours later while you’re still working. The salad was good initially. It’s a running joke between my coworkers to not order anything with chicken or any meat for that Matter. You’ve been warned.

It’s really a shame because the food is good, but the staff is so rude!!!! These men will give the dirtiest looks if you give any specifications or edits to your order or ask for anything more or less! Regardless that you’re paying. I work in the mall, so I’ve visited so many times. The woman is kind. But that’s it! They make me never want to spend my money here, again. I stopped for months because of the terrible service, popped in today, and yet again, they reminded me to never come back this time. Goodbye yummy chicken sandwiches fries! I need more ease ordering.

Not bad. Had the steak quesadilla. Fries were piping hot.

I work in the mall and have tried to come here multiple times. The staff is always rude to me and typically will just ignore you. My final straw with this place was when I placed a pick up order online for crepes and was then told that “the lady that runs the machine doesn’t work here so we can’t do it and we don’t have your order”Beyond frustrating and to top it off I wasn’t even allowed/ offered to have a refund because my online receipt wasn’t proof

I only went there to grab a Gatorade price case, which cost $3.15 and change with a mall employee discount. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It's incredible that this place is still open and operating with these outrageous costs; I can only imagine what they would be if I didn't work at the mall.
