Got the 3 for $12 lunch deal and it was amazing!! Huge portions. The chicken fettuccine alfredo-delicious!!

We received half of our order tonight! So dissatisfied with customer service and now I am left hungry. Would not trust online ordering. As a chain restaurant you need to do a lot better.

We were celebrating our son’s graduation from Temple University and arrived at Maggiano’s a few minutes before our reservation time.. As soon as we walked in we were told the restaurant was closed due to an issue in the kitchen. We did not even receive a call about the cancellation until after we walked out of the restaurant. This is the second time this happened for our family. Our daughter had Valentine’s Day reservations several years ago, only to be told when she arrived that her reservation had been cancelled…by her! This most definitely was NOT the case! It makes us wonder, does this place close last minute to possibly accommodate lucrative private parties? Or are they just poorly mismanaged? A very disappointing experience to say the least.

Great service, the best! Great atmosphere, excellent food! Perfect place to dine!
