Nonna Francesca's King City

Food came out cold and we waited very long to be served. The place wasn’t even that busy. It seemed our server was too busy giggling with the manager at the bar.

We went to the King City location for a birthday dinner. We ordered calamari and they added shrimp to the dish, which was fine, however, the shrimp was rancid. It had gone bad and had a strong unbearable taste of ammonia. I brought it up to the waiter for feedback so they don’t serve anymore customers the shrimp. He of course apologized. In my experience with restaurant establishments they usually offer some sort of compensation if they serve rotten food, this was not the case here. My real feedback is when serving rotten food to a customer, offer something tangible not just an apology and don’t leave it on the customer to ask or demand for it. I will NOT be returning and hopefully this review will spare someone of a terrible and gross experience.

The wild mushroom salad is my fav, the meatballs are good but way overpriced. The best part was the lovely service I received. A woman from produce dropped what she was doing, went and washed her hands, put on gloves and, served me from the prepared food counter. Impressive customer service. Much appreciated.

It's not bad. It's a hot counter in a grocery store, but the food was good and the lunch deal was a great value. Staff was really friendly.

If you're looking for take out pizza, you must try the pizza inside coppas at Nona Francesca's. They have the best pizza in town and worth checking out. The ingredients are fresh, they offer unique ingredients like porchetta, and the dough is well made. You'll even end up eating the crust it's so good.The price is very fair, whether ordering a simple pepperoni pizza or a gourmet one.It's definitely worth checking out. After discovering Nonna Francesca's, we've stopped going to other pizza chains.
