Great quality food, attentive servers, fun decor. Second time we dined here and both times were lovely without any issues. Food is delicious and large portions served. Awful experience. Service was poor. Food was bland and not hot. Manager was nice and tried to compensate for our poor experience but it is not enough to make us return. This place has plummeted downhill. Not to mention all the fruit flies buzzing about. Was empty on a Saturday night. Now we know why. I'd be surprised if restaurant is still operating in new year. Better options for good Italian food in the vicinity.

I've been to this Italian restaurant four times with different groups, always in threes. The food is decent, but it's a bit pricey. Their entrées are consistently good, but portions can feel small for the cost. Skip the appetizers – they're expensive and sometimes not well-prepared (like the overcooked calamari). It's decent Italian cuisine overall.On my last visit, something seemed off behind the scenes. The staff appeared overwhelmed. We waited 10 minutes to be seated even though there was no line. Once seated, we waited 20 minutes to be greeted by the waiter, and another 10 for water. Food took over an hour. Other tables were restless too, some even standing up to search for their waiters inside.Despite the service hiccups, the restaurant's genuine Italian flavors have kept me coming back for more.

Food was amazing once it arrived at the table. Server came once and never again. Had to ask another server for a drink.Ordered a calzone and took an hr to come and when it did was burnt top and bottom. Was told they will make a fresh one in 6 minutes, and of course it took almost 30 min.Not going back ever.
