Bidrage med feedbackI visited this McDonald's to use the BOGO pass on the app, and it took around 20 minutes to figure out how to use it at the register for some reason. This essentially stalled my entire visit for that time. They only scanned the app in the end, which should have simplified the process. I don't understand why it took four employees to resolve the issue.
This morning, I went to McDonald's and ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit, a hash brown, strawberry jam, and a chocolate chip cookie. When I got to the window, I was not given my gel (which I assume is meant for my biscuit). The worker was unprofessional and didn’t seem to care. To top it off, my hash brown was cold. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience there. This review is dated 03/220.
