McDonald's - Kincardine

I recently went to this restaurant with a friend, who ordered and picked up the food. Since she lives 30 minutes away, I had to reheat my meal in the microwave. Unfortunately, the bun was not up to par after reheating it.

The service at this restaurant is subpar, the food is served cold, and the wait times are very long.

This restaurant was very disorganized. Customers kept returning for missing items in their orders, and even I had to ask the staff three times to get everything. Unfortunately, I later realized that a coffee was also missing.

I have to agree that McDonald's days are numbered. Just received the new smaller crispy McChicken sandwiches. The fries and drink are McDonalds but the sandwich is a disappointment. Smaller burger but more money. I had the bacon burger meal plus an additional burger without bacon. Over $20 plus tax. This time is the last time. Prices keep going up and portions keep getting smaller. At the till, no bills over $20 accepted for payment and cards are tap only, no longer accepting chip cards. Too bad because I do not have card activated for tap as I am liable for charges on a lost card. The only reasonable value off their menu is their fries. Also the constant, loud background noise track was extremely annoying. Will be a long time before I return.

Food is great and accurate.Great customer service received.Clean restaurant including the restroom.
