Kimberley City Bakery

I was raised on Vanilla slices from the Kimberly City Bakery. Recently revisited and found the pastries 'to die for ' especially the fritsaants. Friendly owner, Eric, helped make our experience pure pleasure. A MUST stop when in Kimberley.

Last month we went to Kimberley for the weekend, the trip fell my my husbands birthday so I thought it would be nice to surprise him with a cake. Eric was amazing, he had suggestions, answered my silly questions. And the cake, it was amazing! It was a outstanding chocolate cake with the best buttercream icing I have ever had, and it looked beautiful. I would recommend this bakery to everyone, the service, the selection of items... the pretzel croissants alone are worth the drive! Thank you!

This place has the best baked goods in the Kootenays and probably the world. The Forbes are awesome people and their bakery is excellent. It feels right at home, nestled in the platzl. Don't go to Kimberley without stopping at the Kimberley City Bakery.
