The rooms were nice and spacious. Very clean hotel. Well situated for walks and trips into the village. Dungeon bar and tea area were quaint and great places for conversation. Lovely jazz band playing when we got there. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful for getting us around. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

This hotel looks nice from the outside and the lobby, but everything else is outdated and old. There were no usb jacks in the room, the elevator felt like it was from the 1800’s it was so slow. I purchased breakfast for the morning and the hostess told me I had not. I assured her I had checked in the previous night and did pay for the breakfast. She argued with me and finally went to check only to find that I had already paid. The vegan breakfast I was offered was not suitable so I was disappointed I even paid for anything. The location is too far away from City Centre or the airport. Be prepared to pay too much money on taxis if you have no vehicle.
