Starbucks - Killeen

This Starbucks is dirty and no toilet paper or paper towels to wipe your hands. The slowest coffee shop ever. It took 25 minutes to get a cup of black coffee. I hate Starbucks and now I hate it even more. Never again!

Ordered my drink to the wrong store and they were able to make it for me. Thanks for an amazing start to my day.

A very big thank you to Dean for exceptional Customer service. I placed a online order, go for my pick up and come to find out I placed the order for a different location. With a smile and no issues Dean I hope I got his name right) made my order and told me not to worry. Wow what a great and unexpected experience, specially since I had a horrible one at the Temple location on 31th Street yesterday. I hope someone in Management is reading reviews and recognize this young man. Thank you again.

You don't t need a review from me on a worldwide coffee franchise, that is located on damn near every 1 mile on every corner in major city or 3 miles apart in suburban areas. I'm a sucker for a white chocolate mocha, no matter the weather LOL. Cheese danish or grilled cheese hits the spot if your hungry as well.

Today I came in and it was only three employees in the front. Jeanette was one and I see her running around working her butt off. Meme was the other one and she was also doing great. Keep it up ladies !
