Rudy 's Country Store And -b-q

I have seen many rudy’s barbecue locations along the autobahn and never stopped until recently. I ordered the most brisket, pulled pork, sausage, potato salad and bud. the sides were delicious, but of course the flesh was the star. my moist brisket was surprisingly good and had exactly the right amount of fat to meat and was cooked for delicate perfection. brisket can be really good, or it can be like shoeskin, to the luck that was very good. all staff were also very friendly. I'm sure I'm back in the future.

Can't complain. Sure, there is better bbq in the area but it's great to have Rudy's so close to home. It's always consistent and does the job when we want BBQ. It does better than a lot of these fly by night food/truck and trailer operations that are super questionable. The price is reasonable in my opinion. It's a solid bet for what it is. It's hard to really say anything bad! My family who visits from out of time always asks to come here. Sure, there is better bbq around but this is nice and close to home and never has left us down. Love the curbside, pickup and even delivery options.

This place is a bit pricey, but genuinely has good taste in BBQ. I recommend the moist brisket! Few bucks more but totally worth it. It’s not ma&pa, but it’ll definitely get the job done. Easily spent $50.

Food options are many. Serving portions are larger than normal. Prices are higher than other places. But for the type of food it's to be expected. Very nice atmosphere. The seating is adequate but all wood and it became uncomfortable after some time. I will be going back!

Honestly We were disappointed. I had got a pulled pork sandwich a couple months ago and it was amazing !! So for my daughter‘s first birthday we wanted to do pulled pork sandwiches, we ordered 7 POUNDS of pulled pork... When we got the food there was just so much fat mixed in and it had a horrible texture, almost like mashed potatoes mixed with pulled pork. Edible but not appetizing... I called up there and they went ahead and had me bring the remaining food and gave me a FULL REFUND, although I’m upset it didn’t turn out good I really appreciate Rudy’s for at least allowing us to bring the food back for a full refund the next day.
