Saporito - Killay

I ordered a meal for my wife from the restaurant, but they refused to deliver it urgently because we were just outside their delivery radius. As a result, she had to find her own meal while the rest of us ate together, which was quite disappointing. We are only 5 miles from Killay, and I expected better treatment as a customer. It was a shame because our first experience had been great, but the service left a lot to be desired. I originally gave them a one-star rating. However, I returned a week later, and the staff was very apologetic. We had another meal, and this time the food was fantastic. I really appreciate their efforts, so credit where it’s due—the second experience was great!

I had been ordering from the same place for years, but their customer service became unacceptable. It was time to try something new, so I decided to give this restaurant a shot. Wow, I was impressed! The food was fantastic, and the delivery speed was remarkable. Everything arrived piping hot, and it was definitely worth it.

The pizzas are amazing; they taste incredibly fresh and are far from basic—they're packed with flavor and don’t skimp on the sauce. The kebab meat is also of excellent quality, truly impressive. However, I wasn't a fan of the chicken wings; they weren't the best. Luckily, the pizzas more than make up for it!
