Bidrage med feedbackLocated on the Ring of Kerry peninsula, this restaurant is always bustling with activity. The staff are incredibly efficient, ensuring that everyone is served quickly. It's a great spot to stop for a quick lunch during your scenic drive, offering delicious food and beautiful views. The staff are friendly and there is also a small bar on site.
During a recent stop on a coach tour, we visited the Scarriff Inn. This restaurant is popular among tour buses and they have a well-oiled system in place to efficiently serve guests. The food was tasty, albeit a bit expensive, but that's to be expected in a remote location with limited dining options. The scenery around the restaurant was stunning, with sheep grazing on one side and a picturesque bay and hills on the other. Just be cautious of the busy road when taking in the views.
The staff at this restaurant were extremely impolite. Our group arrived as part of a coach party without a booking, and we were asked to leave when another party arrived. There was no indication that booking was required. Despite being quick to take our money, we were met with discourteous behavior. I would recommend avoiding this establishment. Additionally, I received a rude response to a previous review I had posted.
This location has a great outside view. But the rest is overdue. For lunch or coffee you need to walk through their shop. But a bus just stopt and there was a too large queue. Sitting was not allowed for servicing. So we left after 15 minutes.
Stopped off here with a tour bus guide for lunch. Disgraceful rip off prices. €7 for a tiny bowl of soup with one slice of soda bread! Avoid at all costs. They are just ripping tourists off. Profiteering at its finest. They don’t even deserve a one star review! Shame on them.
