Rocco's - Kilkenny

Decent menu serving all the usual dishes one would expect. The garlic and cheese chips are as good as any other decent chip shop and at €5.50 are an average enough price. Chips were cooked fresh and the staff were friendly. It looks nice and clean. No problems with parking on the street. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they are cash only with no card payments accepted. They did however give me a receipt when I requested one.

As chips go, it's right up there! unfortunately they only accept cash which can be a pain. Mixed kebab was lovely as were the burgers and chicken curry. Unfortunately the fresh fish was quite soggy and the don't bother ringing in as you'll still find yourself in a que anyway. All that aside still would return for the curry and chips

I didn't realise that they take cash only.Had no cash so they told me to drop it back when I could. I was gobsmacked. What a lovely trusting gesture
