Today my first experience was the Quebec speciality known as Poutine...so amazingly delicious! ...Mathilde Jean-Francois also offer a vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free option...and they have a shaded seating area so that you can enjoy it on site while the poutins are served hot from the frit... the best... or better said in French... Le Meilleur...

Fries, cheese and many great gravy, can it be better? Actually it can, they can also add bacon, and embellished onions/rooms, and an egg for good measure! All that with some up to Earth people who are conversing with every new customer, how invite you to be family. Can't wait to get back for more!
