Sturdy's Castle Country Inn

I really love this restaurant, but I had a bit of a disappointing experience due to the new manager. My parents have been regulars here for years, and I've been coming since I was born! I went there over the weekend to celebrate my 21st birthday with a group of about ten people. My boyfriend, brother, and I arrived just five minutes late. When we got there, the manager—a blonde woman I had never seen before—was being rude to my mom, insisting that we needed to start ordering. We hadn’t realized we were behind schedule since my mom had arrived early and was enjoying drinks with other family members. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, so I’m not sure why she was being so uptight. Fortunately, she didn’t come back to our table after that, and I'm grateful for it; I couldn't have handled her negativity on my special day! On the bright side, all the waitstaff were wonderful and genuinely cheerful, which really enhanced the experience. The food is always amazing here—I can't get enough of it! So overall, it was a lovely evening, aside from that overbearing new manager.
