Kaisa Hai - Khobar

The staff is very friendly and nice. the design and decoration are fabulous. but eating was average. do not eat the REAL Indian I'm looking for. hopefully they will improve this problem.

The food was far from Indian, but on a reasonable rate. The lack of a printed menu card will surely bother you and chapaties are readymade and oily.

The food was below average, and not to the expectations for an authentic Indian Street food. Chicken tikka masala sandwich was the worst, chicken was shredded, not charcoaled and masala spice/sauce tasted awful! Cashier was rude, the same attitude from previous Resturant (E**m).

We ordered a Biryani. They mixed some colored rice in a kind of chicken curry and served. That's not how biryani is cooked forget about the taste. I think it is cheating.

I had ordered chichen tikka masala and butter chicken masala for iftar today and it was so bland. The chicken was very scarce and no taste at all! Wouldn't order again.
