Cuban Coffee Queen Is Great! The coffee is delicious. The staff made my coffee very good and very quickly. Area was clean. There’s plenty of seating. Without doubt going to Cuban Coffee Queen is a great idea! Have a great day!

This place was the worst customer services I received in my visit to Key West , where everyone is so relax and happy all the time, this bold guy with glasses that took our orders was rude, didn’t help with name of the sandwiches, he needed it that you tell him the exact name , then he turned his back and didn’t said anything to us like : wait here for your order , or will be right back, or wait 10 min and I will call u, anything you would have to figure it out, always answer with bad actitud any questions asked ! If your work with public you should know that not everyone has been there and don’t know how works the system in the store! WORST customer service ever!

Very busy place with long line, but the service was so fast we had our order in no time. The Cuban sandwich Cafe con leche was excellent. My son ordered a smoothie, it was delicious very refreshing on such a hot day! Definitely will come back next time I'm in Key West.

We are visiting the area and came across this cuban coffee place to try. We went based off of the reviews, however it is the complete opposite. Service from taking your order to getting your food out sucks. We ordered the rice and beans and it was cold. Also got the steak and BLT sandwhich which wasn't anything to die for.

This seems like a chain and honestly, the coffee is great and delicious. But I was met with rudest barista I’ve ever experienced. It wasn’t busy, and my small iced caramel cuban coffee came out fast. But I noticed the top of it was ripped open and asked if it’s supposed to be ripped. The barista answered “Yes that is your coffee, get a straw, and poke it in there.” while batting me away. I just didn’t understand the need for it and frankly, ruined my chances of returning to the chain despite the coffee being delicious. And I’m literally writing this minutes after I left the coffee shop. I added a pic of the ripped top to show that it unfortunately caused me to be extra careful when walking around since it would spill.
