Baskin-robbins - Key West

Stopped by about 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon NO ice cream!! ?

Service was good and employees were friendly but the building was absolutely disgusting! So many leaks in the ceiling, one tile looks very close to caving in from water. With all the money Dunkin makes they need to step up and fix this building. Only Dunkin' on the island and this is the condition they make the employees work in.

Had a great experience...went in to get a small ice cream cake for us celebrating my 10 year granddaughters bday... asked them to double bag it...they went above just that .. they put ice in a bag in a box then carried it out to the golf cart..Thanks for that it didn't melt on our way back to the condo...

Took over 20 mins in store while dozen cars were addressed.Simple order of no cheese was still added.Water leaked run down store.Of course, staff tired but was not too helpful.

Considering it's the only Dunkin besides Marathon you'd think they would make effort in taste and presentation
