The Lighthouse Cafe - Key Biscayne

On the perseverance of a family member and only the thought of the 45-minute drive had made me crazy. But decided to do it, drove to the park, which has a 8.00 entrance fee (they take card) and then drive to the restaurant. At first I didn't know what to expect because the menu was very little fun. I regret my choice right away. But my wife ordered and ordered my child, and I was still undecided until I saw a man who enjoys his food with a smile and I asked the lady I wanted. She said it was rice and fish (WHICH was not on the MENU, BTW). Let me tell you, folks, it was the most tasty meal

We travelled with a family member with mobility restrictions. He could easily navigate the ramps and toilets. We had great pommes and burgers. It is hard to find beaches that we can reach where Handicap access is reasonable. This restaurant and beach were great

An oasis for spontaneous beach visitors and explorers where food, water, beer can be bought. Also where credit card is accepted for beach umbrella and chairs rental (Cash only on the beach. USD 25 for a screen two chairs, an amazing value compared to South Beach . Re food — Since this is a cafeteria in the remote end of the park of a state, with a simple kitchen instead of a full kitchen, with fans instead of AC, public bathroom instead of private.. would recommend for fast food such as dishes (hot dog, fried fish/chamber/ chicken instead of meat/bored fish on the menu. Choose well and you will be happy: Friendly and helpful staff. A short walk to the beach.

State Park of Florida with the beautiful beach and fascinating views of the old lighthouse! But if you are thirsty or hungry, Lighthouse Cafe is your only option to take a sip of the cold drink or cool with a delicious ice cream!
