Bidrage med feedbackBest sushi all over Miami. You need the time for a reservation because they are always busy (for good reason). I've never ordered a court I didn't like, no one else and all I took. It is a family favorite and honestly our GO-TO for sushi.
Mi wife and I go there. The food and love are great!! I definitely recommend it!!
The arrogance of the waiters can't even enjoy a nice dinner when you're treated so awfully. It's not even worth eating here.
They expanded to about 12 outdoor tables since the pandemic, so it is easier to get a table even at peak times. Despite the expansion, the service is still excellent and very friendly. Loading of unique Japanese creations that taste absolutely tasteful. Prices are reasonable in view of its situation in Key Biscayne. Totally casual, almost remarkable ambience. Love it!
Went here yesterday for the first time after it was recommended by a friend, and am still in shock at the way we were treated and the quality of their practically nonexistent customer service. We first asked to move tables as it was starting to rain, which the staff didn?t seem too fond off since it meant slight physical labor on their part. The spicy tuna roll came out with practically no fish (see image) which the manager later said ?has to do with how they cut the rolls.? I sent it back and they brought another, so obviously the issue was not how it was cut. The fire roll came out and had a metal staple in it (See image). When I notified the waitress she didn?t even mutter a word or apology, she just took it away. They?re lucky no one was injured because they would?ve been liable. They brought us spicy Mayo, one of which looked like someone had spit on it because there was some clear liquid on top of it. After all of this, I called the manager over, and in a demeaning tone he tried to make excuses not only for the horribly rude service but also for the so called ?sushi? they serve. After all of this, we were given half off the bill. Had this happened at any other restaurant with any standard of customer service the entire meal would?ve been on the house. But the fact that I had to sit there and argue with the manager after a staple was found in our food is the most outrageous part. They have no perception of accountability. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
