Mcdonald's - Kewaskum

Kewaskum McDonalds was out of bottled water, which is what I wanted with my meal deal. I was offered a free cup of water but couldn’t get the staff member to understand that with a meal deal I pay for a drink so free water isn’t a ‘deal’. He was incredible rude about it, wouldn’t give me his name, said he was the manager in duty, wouldn’t let the other employee even talk to me. Owning a neighboring business, you can bet I’ll pass this along in the community.

I went through the drive through today after Trick or Treating. The person on the speaker said that they were busy so I waited. After a few minutes I asked if I could order my food because the line was getting longer, and they started yelling at me through the speaker. Went to DQ instead.Tried going here again recently and staff are still extremely rude. I left. If you want McDonald's go to Lomira or West Bend. I've never had an issue at the West Bend or Lomira McDonald's. Management really needs to look into this issue here.You really need to hire new people here. Workers are so incredibly rude no matter what time of day you come in. Management this is for you to hear
