Costa Coffee - Kettering

This Costa is housed in an impressive building commanding a corner plot. That makes it very easy to find. It has ample parking, tables outside, tables inside and tables in a conservatory. Not bad at all, but best of all is the friendliness of the staff. Well done them!

The staff at this Costa location is more sociable than most, and they are very efficient, approachable, and friendly. The atmosphere feels more like your local coffee shop because the staff is so welcoming.

Poor customer experience When being served it seemed to be a hassle to the staff working there rather than making it a positive customer experience . Staff don’t know what they doing.

The staff are friendly xx the lady offered to carry my tray to.a table since I was unable to carry it myself I have 1 arm strapped up. Much appreciated thank u

It's the staff that make this Costa standout from all the others. The internal layout food and drinks may be the same Costa wide but it's the staff and their consistent attention to customer service that makes this one the Costa I go to. So a big thank you to Donna for your care, consideration and constant smile and to Sam, Paul and the rest of the crew. I highly recommend this Costa if you value customer service.
