Crab Cracker Seafood - Ketchikan

After waiting for 45 minutes, our soup still hadn't arrived, so we went to the counter and overheard them telling another customer that his soup would also take 15 minutes. It looked like we were in for nearly an hour of waiting. I did notice that the box on the counter had "Ivar's clam chowder" printed on it, which I typically love. However, when it finally arrived, it was cold and clearly the condensed version without any added milk, making it quite disappointing. The server refunded the cost of the soup but offered no apology. Overall, it was easily the worst dining experience I've had in Ketchikan, and we were rushed to finish our outing before boarding our ship due to the long wait for our cold soup. Two thumbs down!
