Apetito Étterem - Keszthely

The food was cold, definitely prepared long ago. The lamb steak was so overdone, that it was absolutely impossible to eat. Red wine was served at around 4 degree Celsius. The staff does not know a single word of English.

Had dinner here a while ago. Was quite disappointing. We got the bacon wrapped chicken, gnocchi and the pork knuckle. The chicken and the pork was extremely dry and having overly greasy potatoes didn't save it either. I've had pork knuckle multiple times before but it never seemed this gray. The skin in my experience is usually crispy and a bit chewy and the meat falls off the bone. But this was dry and tough. The gnocchi's cheese sauce was starchy feeling from the cheese being added at the wrong time, and the person who ate it felt sick the next day. We just went in on a whim but it was definitely not pleasant.

Friendly service and staff. Delicious food and strong coffee. Just overall 5star. Going to visit again soon.

Best restaurant in the city, pleasant service, very good food

I mostly loved the kind service of the lady. To add to the whole experience the food was also very delicious and the ambient felt very cosy and intimate (though it wasn’t full, so it might be different when there are lot of people).
