Harvey's / Swiss Chalet - Keswick

Terrible food, rude staff, extremely slow service. Never going back. Also never of the many times there never got a receipt which makes me question them even paying tax like the rest of us. NEVER AGAIN. A&W, Wendy’s and McDonald’s 2 mins away and much better choice in this town.

What is there to say about another Chain restaurant? This one is connected to a Swiss Chalet and after the first set of doors at the entrance , you can turn right to enter a Swiss Chalet, or go straight to enter the Harvey's, both of which share a common kitchen.

I would rate them 0 if it were possible. We were going to dine in. Waited forever for our order and it was totally wrong. Ordered Double Angus Burger Combos they made us Double Leg Dinners. My husband can't stand chicken. Don't bother complaining it doesn't get you anywhere. Lots of competitors in town where there is much better service and food!

My daughter and I visit Harveys in Keswick a couple of time per month and every time we do the staff go out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. The food is always a great and great value. I recommend this Harveys to anyone who likes a healthier tastier burger. Great experience!

Love the veggie burger. They don't use animal fat for the fries either so its all tasty and veggie friendly
