3 stars for the food, it was decent . I understand the global supply shortage , but literally all the dishes we initially picked were not available. The server should have been notified before hand. We were told the bread is being freshly baked , would take time, but after 30min, ? Sorry we are out ? The serving lady was good, nothing on her, but overall pretty bad experience.

Cheesecake factory GR It's been awhile, though I've never been to this location. Mel was the greatest in helping us decide what to order with every course! . He was very very attentive to our needs down to what we didn't like in our food even . I didn't even get through the entire menu, which was pages and pages of food! once I saw the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta I stopped in my tracks. It was great, not as spicy as I would have liked, but I loved that they were able to do all chicken. I had had a problem with my order about a quarter of a way in and it was taken care of with quickness! The food was absolutely fantastic and the service was great too. There is a large menu with plenty of different options to choose from; surely there is something to satisfy whatever craving you have. It?s the perfect place to go for a nice date night. The options for cheesecake are endless! There?s tons of flavors; you can go wrong with any of the options. I definitely recommend making a reservation. The wait time was extremely long.

So 2 stars and you say why??!! Well the food was mostly decent. I had some Caribbean style shrimp and plantains, which the black beans and white rice were horribly dry. My wife had the steak Diane and salmon meal, which MW meant overcooked as well as the salmon was dry. My kids had the dynamite shrimp and the kids corn dogs. Corn dogs were good, but cold as well as the fries. Most of the food was luke warm, because they can't time food to be done at the same time. Also I ordered a strawberry mojito and those that know, know that's a nice flavorful drink when having too many can get you drunk. Side note, a mixologist can make a long Island taste delicious. Unlike the 99% alcohol that it is. So 20yrs ago, I wouldn't have complained. However, I'm grown and this drink tasted like I was at some hole in the wall college dive bar on a Thursday night. A.K.A. way to much alcohol and undrinkable, I tried to send it back and the server stated because it's modified they can't take it off. Had the nerve to say, would anybody else drink it at my table?? So I insisted to remove it and take it off my bill. Now back to food, every single dish that came to our table was dirty!!! I haven't been to a Cheesecake factory in over 20yrs, because they use to wear all white as waitstaff and would be filthy dirty. So to come try again to be met with the same dirtyness is a shame to the franchise. I will never go back now..

Chicken and biscuits were amazing! Cheese cake was very smooth and yummy. Staff was very nice. Fried cheese and dipping sauce were flavorless. Over all not bad for a date night!
