Arby's - Kent

Food is good but the drinks arrived in a super flimsy drink carrier from the store. The DoorDash driver was able to keep it safe so props to them but once I got it inside, it had toppled over and spilled out. Arbys may want to invest in something similar to Taco Bells drink carrier.

I went to the store when my order turned out horrible and the fixed it.

The Reuben had some kind of poultry on it instead of corned beef... we figured it was a shortage thing. I ordered a specialty shake and got plain vanilla, which was super disappointing. Im also sure I ordered a 6 piece mozz sticks and only got 4.

I ordered a Orange creme shake and I got a vanilla shake. Also missing our medium curly fry. Our root beer float is VERY flat and has barely half the cup of soda.

Rib sandwich was not a Rib, and was Dry, needed more BBQ sauce. I asked for no Onions, and it wasnt followed. Barqs Root Beer was light on Barqs syrup, and was very diluted. Cherry Turnover was not as sweet as it should be, filling wasnt a good Cherry flavor.
