Mcdonald's - Kensington and Chelsea

It's MickeyDs, whaddya expect?? Filet-o' Fish and fries always worth a try if they can manage to place the fish correctly!

The staff there treats the customer very badly, our order was prepared incorrectly and it was very cold after changing the order. And no one was held accountable.

Firstly it’s just another McDonalds outlet. And like any other outlets in London, this one gets way too crowded especially over the weekend. With too many people waiting for food and with only a handful of employees at work, classic case of bare-minimum-OK-food is handed out to customers. Sauce and dips weren’t provided. Hot chocolate was not available. A few tables could require some regular cleaning.

Came in the evening. The food was cold and soggy. The fries and chicken nuggets were cold and soggy and absolutely tasteless. It felt like they haven't even fried it in oil. What a waste of money. We ordered a lot of food, and everything was cold. Absolutely disappointed.

I know its quite hard to be under qualified for Mcdonalds but all the staff always seem to surprise me when they cannot tell the difference between two different burgers. Then when going back to get a refund they make you feel like they are doing you a huge favour. Maybe Mcdonalds need to employ people with at least one GCSE.
