Kfc - Kensington and Chelsea

I recently ordered KFC for delivery and while it arrived on time, the food was the worst I have ever had from a KFC. I ordered a 10-piece Variety bucket and every bite was cold and extremely dry. Even my pets refused to eat it. We had to drink a lot of water just to swallow it. After two pieces, we had to throw the rest in the bin. I have never experienced this before and it was a waste of £36.

Wonderful staffs and tasty food! I’ve been with a group of friends from my job and we really enjoyed the food!

The staff on weekdays are good, but on the weekends, the service is lacking. The employees seem to be inexperienced and it is common to have to repeat your order multiple times. Mistakes are also frequent, and the wait time for takeout is often longer than expected.

Got to say what a well organised KFC, staff friendly and super efficient, food hot, well cooked and ready super quick.

Very smiling and good advice for a first KFC family experience. Restaurant and toilet relatively clean. Addition light for 4: £21. Opt for a sandwich, the pieces of chicken to share are without interest and impossible to eat properly. There's a lot better around here.
