Dairy Queen - Kenosha

This restaurant is in need of a major upgrade. I usually only come here for the convenience when I am with my children. However, for my partner and myself, we prefer to travel a farther distance to a competitor that has modern screens and offers better quality food.

The staff did not make eye contact, the bathrooms were dirty, the food was overpriced, and the strawberry shake tasted like vanilla with old strawberries.

We love going to this restaurant for ice cream. The staff is always friendly and attentive.

I just had the nicest person at the drive through. It's rare to come across good customer service these days and she truly made my day! I really appreciate it! I've always had good service here but she just made it ten times better!!!

On the 28 of August I order a basket of Onion rings and it was delightful!! Today on the August 29 I order the same and here is what I got!! 8 Onion rings!! So disappointed ?
