Bidrage med feedbackWhen I walked in it took a while to be greeted because everyone was standing up from talking to each other instead of assisting customers. When they did ask how they could help me and I told them about my reservation they had first said they didn't have a reservation and then when they actually looked at their reservations they saw it there. The waiter dropped off menus and didn't ask if we wanted anything to drink. He was not attentive and kept ignoring us when we tried to order so finally we flagged him down. My sister got a side salad complete with a dead spider when we mentioned it he took it away and did not offer to comp it or ask her if she would like another one we just had to pay for a salad that she barely touched because of a dead bug. Overall a terrible experience. We will not be going back ever.
This is the problem. I made a reservation and when I arrived she said that the table was ready. All she did was designate a table and push two smaller tables together for our group. There were no utensils or napkins on the table. There was no water on the table. I feel like if the table is ready, it should be ready with at least utensils and napkins. This is the third time I have brought a group to the Rock because I love the pizza and I usually love the Ambiance. But every time the wait staff has been so inexperienced an inattentive that multiple people in my groups have complained. So I can't recommend the restaurant. It is too bad because I think the food is fantastic and I think the Ambiance has so much potential. But I think they need to step up the playlist and play truly classic rock. And I think the wait staff needs to be trained to be attentive and make sure people have water and utensils and plenty of napkins. Also, take people's order in the Timely and check on the table more frequently in case anything else is needed. I would really like to see this restaurant improve it's customer service with their wait staff. I think the food is so good and the Ambiance is great, it is a shame that the only thing really lacking is good service. Especially since it could be so simple. Just make it a restaurant policy to place clean utensils and napkins on all the clean tables so they are already in place.

Our waiter, Eric was the best waiter we have had for any dining experience hands down! He was very attentive, helpful, all mixed with a great sense of humor!
Have always had a great experience at The Rock it's why we love going back! Great service, Amazing food drinks, and Awesome music.
