Shari's Cafe And Pies - Kennewick

I got the wrong kind of pie and I asked for a certain kind of potato and paid for it but did not get it.

Pies were amazing. But I ordered banana cream and I received a lemon pie. Which was amazing also but not what I was expecting. Lol

Would not say that the customer service is their strongest suit. stood waited for a table for 10 minutes while the waiter water delivered, and took orders from customers who were not ready to order. we are with you! 10 minutes! If they crack at a time, they won't come here. I can't imagine if I had actually stayed eating. Three hours later.

We went here with family for pie and ice cream. The staff was friendly and the waiter did a good job. Here 's the problem though... the AC was set to a temp that could have kept food at refrigerator cold. We mentioned it to the guy that seated us and to the waiter but the host replied, really? I 'm sweating . And the waiter offered to seat us in another section but the temp was pretty much the same. We watched a woman from another table a couple rows over leave and return with two blankets for her table. The customers were suffering and what a waste of energy. Also the seats in our booth were seriously worn and had big holes in the upholstery a bit of a dump. Saving the best for last I have to say the pies were awesome! In the future I would just get pie to go and forego sitting in the dining room.

Jordan is the heart, soul, backbone, leg, and arm of Shari's. If he is fired, we will riot. If he shows interest in leaving, give him a raise to keep him. If he says he wants to be the CEO, make it happen. We have always received excellent customer service from him and he goes above and beyond when we come in to eat. Jordan is our most favorite waiter anywhere and is half the reason we come to Shari's. Shari's is lucky to have him as a worker and he deserves much praise. The food and pies are always good, service from Jordan is excellent.
