Kfc - Kennewick

Ordered on line. The app said the order was ready. When I got there they said they didn't have it yet. I went and got my phone to show them that their app said it was ready. I waited for 20 mins and looked again to see if the order was ready. Oh yes. It was on the delivery shelf and had been there the whole time. I will not be going to the Columbia Centet store again.

Booo! How hard is it to take an order, check the order and provide the correct order. Won't be coming back to this place. The only reason I came is because the KFC on Kennewick Ave is being remodeled.

I ordered a medium KFC fry... And we had to wait while they made fresh fries... Got home and it looked like it was barely a small size fry... Extremely disappointed. I guess if you want a medium size, you should order a large.

Prompt service. Food excellent. Quiet atmosphere. 5 star visit.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.

Ordered take out 12 pieces white dark meat original recipe meal. Rec'd all dark 4 extra crispy recipe. Chicken was dried out had no KFC seasoning flavor. Called to speak with mgr. The person answering order phone said he was the mgr. He made no apologies insisted that was what we ordered. Will never go to this Pasco KFC restaurant again!
