Casa Mia - Kennewick

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the portions are generous. While the prices may be a bit high, that seems to be the norm nowadays. Our server was a young man, possibly in his late teens or early 20s, and he provided excellent service. He was polite, considerate, and attentive. The ambiance is charming, with both indoor and outdoor seating options available. I highly recommend dining here.

I really enjoy the spicy chicken Caesar salad at this restaurant, and the pizza is also delicious. It's a fantastic place for lunch, and the staff are wonderful.

Inefficient and impolite. We placed an order over the phone and were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. However, when we arrived to pick it up 25 minutes later, our order had not even been entered. The staff claimed they had written it down but forgot to enter it. When we asked for a resolution, the apparent manager, a blonde woman, replied rudely: "YOU CAN PAY FOR IT AND YOU CAN WAIT FOR IT. OR YOU CAN FORGET IT." It was clear that no one cared about the inconvenience caused. Despite seeing other orders being prepared in the kitchen, the food did not look appetizing. We decided to forget our order and left. We will not be returning to Casa Mia.

The food is always really good. The portion sized do not compare to the other location. The service is the same everyone is so nice. I do like the ambiance more at this location as well. Dont really know why just is.

We've been coming here for years, so i was very disappointed to see this is how their classic casa mia salads are now. I thought i opened it up upside down because i only saw a couple olives and a few pieces of cheese. Nope. This was it, and this was how both of our salads looked. Definitely not worth the price. Bummer.
