El Toro Negro (the Black Bull) Mexican Buffet Y Taqueria

The food was good... but I came with a voucher for the lunch buffet. On the voucher it said regular price 12.99, but when it came to pay.... I paid for 2 lunch buffets and my check was over $35 we drank water). Total deceptive practice to eat the buffet and then a different price on you. NO where the price is marked.. I will not recommend or ever go back. Too many great Mexican restaurants in the area that do not have to fool in their pricing.

Fantastic authentic tacos! I have tried many local taco connections and these are definitely some of the best. And their tortilla chips and salsa are also excellent! Was just for a quick bite, but excited to try other menu items as well as their buffet.

We didn't do it in time for the buffet, but it was the best authentic Mexican cuisine I had in my life! We will definitely make that this must stop place when we are on vacation in Florida! The Fajitas are to die! And the portions are super big for a big price. Amazing, comfortable atmosphere. Worth trying if you like real Mexican food!

Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Palm Harbor, which had closed for a while, and we have been sad since that time. But we can celebrate again! Don't let this little inconceivable place fool you. I lived here for a while, drove hundreds of times past this place and never stopped until today. I missed it. All meats you need, such as ribs, carnitas, ground beef, shredded chicken and more are available to you. Do you want to load it into a hard taco bowl? No problem. Pile it on fresh chips and make nachos? You're covered. Fully with all toppings. I personally like to leave a flour tortilla on the ground to catch and clean everything when I'm done. There are other articles like chimichangas, menudo, rice, roasted beans, black beans, salsas and more. Last, queso. You would like to write your (what chips/taco/burrito/finger) in queso, right?! There's a tub. You're literally helping. Of course they have beer and alcohol to wash everything. * UPS 6 5 22* came back and everything was still good! They had a few different choices. The Tamales were on the spot! I put Salsa Verde on her to turn her off! In any case, give this place an attempt. Prices went up to $17.99 per person, so it's a little steep, but it's always worth the treat. It's cheaper by week.

Great value and great flavors! We decided to try this place out for lunch after getting a flyer in the mail. WORTH IT! We arrived shortly after 11am on a Friday to find only one other person. We decided to try the buffet. At $12.99 each, it seemed like a good deal. The food was fresh and there was a variety of tacos, chimi's, taquitos, tostados, beans, rice, and all the toppings. Varying degrees of salsas, as well as different meat entrees round it out. We will definitely be returning.
