Papa Johns Pizza - Kennesaw

Most pizzas tastes are very good.My favorite pizza is the crust pizza.All staff are kind and nice

Ordered 2 pizzas. 45 minutes later they arrived. There were 3 boxes. I asked what is the third smaller box. Driver, oh that's the wrong order. Driver went to car and came back with 2 boxes. Driver left. I opened boxes. Wrong pizzas. He looked at the label on the boxes. Yet the address was wrong. He had to know. I called this location. They apologized and said they would get the correct order to me. Over an hour later the correct pizzas arrived. The Driver tried to collect cash from me. They put it down as cash not free replacement and they did not tell the Driver. I told him to call the location. He did and they were confused not understanding why he needed to be reimbursed by Papa Johns. Door Dash does the deliveries for Pap Johns

This location has really gotten better! At least from a pickup perspective it has because I don't live far enough away to get it delivered. I always ask for mine well done and I cannot stress enough how perfect it is every time the last several that I've gotten there.

This place is the worst!!!! If you want pizza your best bet is to find another location…. Bad customer service the absolutely worst pizza I’ve ever taste. I’ve ordered pizza here on numerous occasions and they always seems to be over slammed and understaffed. I ordered a plain cheese pizza and when I got home and take a bite out of it, me and my kids realize there was no pizza sauce on the pizza so basically I was just eating cheese and bread and when I call the store the young lady wanted to give me a credit, but that’s not what I wanted if I just paid for a pizza….
