Clam Shack - KENNEBUNK

I can see why this place has a line. Had the fried mussels and the lobster roll. Both so big and there were so much lobster on the role and the shells were delish. Great low key place to have great food and drinks

Everyone comes here for the lobster rolls, which are decent. However, one of their unsung amazing menu items is their clam strips (not the whole fried clams which are also tasty, but the strips in particular)! Dear lord have mercy, they are so good. I haven?t had clam strips or fried clams anywhere else that even compare. The texture and moisture levels are perfect, and the flavor of the batter compliments the clams nicely. My husband loves this place. We usually beat the crowd and go around 11am, we sometimes don?t even have to wait. Lemonade here is also delicious, it?s hand shaken real lemonade and compliments the seafood wonderfully.

The Clam Shack is my all-time favorite lobster roll. Hands down. Period. There is truly no competition on the East Coast, let alone, Maine. I have tried lobster rolls all throughout New England, and still? nothing compares. I wait all winter for the first true taste of summer at The Clam Shack. Always order your lobster roll with ?BOTH? ? butter and mayo? it?s award winning. I?m not kidding. Look it up! Your search for the best lobster roll, ever, comes to a stop, here. Everything from their fried seafood, their onion rings to their fresh squeezed lemonade are well worth the wait and the price. This is a nice location in main, very busy spot. The lobster roll was ok. I had mines with butter, the lobster meat temperature was on the colder side. I Preffer my lobster warm. There's a good amount of seating space, its a nice relaxing environment.

Best lobster roll I've ever had! The roll is basic but very high quality the best parts of the lobster, butter, and mayo on a soft, lightweight roll. It doesn't need anything else. It's delicious!!
