Bidrage med feedbackOrdered doordash tonight and they chose not to include the bun on our double patty burger. whether they were out or were simply upset that the order was placed later in the night, nothing was done to contact us about this and instead we were left with a deconstructed burger in a to go box. complete negligence from the store and its employees and yet we were only partially refunded for the meal. nothing done on doordash’s behalf to make this a poor experience.
IHOP used to be really great in the day what's the prices have gone way up high , and they don't have very many servers the ones they do have usually slow...
The tables are so sticky. I was told it is the new cleaning solution. Had to use both hands to pick up an empty plate. Our server (Josh) was spectacular!
I had typed out all my reasons why I feel like I could justify this review but decided to delete them. I will never go back to this Applebee's again. We went twice in the last year and have horrible experiences both times. I understand there is a labor shortage, and most people don't have any pride in their work anymore. For the price Applebee's is charging, I don't feel like paying that much for such a subpar experience.
These past few times (4 times actually) have been horrid. Staff was very unfriendly, service was very very bad, and food was all messed up. Not only did we find toenails in my husband’s mashed potatoes, but they were also in my rice. One of the times, the staff were more focused on gossip amongst themselves than taking our order or checking on us during our 63 minutes wait at our table, while we were only one of 4 tables in the entire place. We just don’t understand how the staff could be this untrained or unfocused….? To really make it all even worse, it really felt like the staff and management was intentionally making mistakes, I mean, how could they be this bad? 40 years of eating at similar places, and this is among the top five worse consecutive experiences we’ve had. I’m sorry to have to leave this review, but someone needs to have a serious talk with whoever is training the staff at this location.
