Birthday meal for Dad all we hoped for. The lamb steaks were HUGE and everyone really enjoyed our family time together. Very accommodating around my nephews who got exactly what they wanted even though it wasn't quite on the menu. Staff lovely. As usual. Thank you. Sx

Great to see this place open again after an extended pandemic shutdown. Sit outside in the sunshine and enjoy the beer garden’s great views over Kendal.

Food was fantastic, big portions reasonable price. Its a lovely setting for a family meal. There's a new head chef and he's done a fab job of updating the menu. I had the buttermilk chicken burger and fries. It was delicious, very hot, fresh cooked food. Can't fault it.
