Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill

We dined at this restaurant on May 22 and really enjoyed ourselves! Our waiter Hailey was only on her second shift and we think she did amazingly! It was really busy but she continued to make us feel welcome. Overall a great experience! Thank you Haliey!

Was in there recently, and had a terrible experience. It was very slow, and we had to wait ages to get service (to seat us, take the order, receive the food, get the bill). The food was not fresh tasting nor felt as though it was quality restaurant food. The server was very dismissive and non sympathetic to us. Coming from a fellow server in the restaurant industry it’s sad to say they’ve lost a customer (needless to say, one who has recommended and brought family and friends to shoeless joes for years now). This evening was a waste of $75 and a sad experience on a night out.

Our server Chris was prompt, attentive, and fun and the food was good. Soup was delicious and Fish and Chips were Not over-battered like some places.

The best service I have ever received in a restaurant!This was my first time visiting Kemptville, Ontario, and the experience I had at Shoeless Joe’s made it unforgettable. The restaurant offers great food, very clean location, however, the best part was the service.As I was having my lunch during a business conference call, the waiter was very kind and conscious, however very focus on my drink and my food not going cold.At the end, service went the extra mile (literally, extra 37 kms)! I was stranded and needed to get to the Ottawa Airport. Kelsey and Shawn (restaurant manager) took care of getting me to the airport on time.I am extremely THANKFUL to have come across the kindness, professionalism and sense of service Shawn provided.

After being rudely kicked off the Hard Stones patio because we had a dog, we took a chance on Shoeless Joe’s, and had a great experience! Chris, our waiter, greeted us (including the dog with a welcoming smile. He brought our dog water and bacon and provided friendly and timely service all night. The food was fresh and tasty, and drinks cold : . We will definitely be coming back to this location and would recommend it to anyone!
