Sub City Donair - Kelowna

I love it here. Everytime I come in the owner is the nicest asks how my day was and Is super chatty and makes u feel more than just a paying customer, great food, great staff and a great friendly owner which you don't see much of that involvement normally at places which makes this place stand out . If you have not tired the donair fries omg!! You must try them they are amazing!! I am going to have to try the poutine next time im in!! I may or may not go into this establishment a bit tipsy at times but the staff always deals with us drunk people greatly haha!! Keep up the great work. One of my fave stops downtown!!

I was having a rough day and decided to treat myself by trying out a new restaurant. When I walked in, the owner greeted me with a smile and asked how I was feeling. I replied that I was miserable, but he assured me that he would make my day better. He introduced me to donairs, a dish I had never tried before, and explained how fresh and delicious his ingredients were. He even let me sample his sauces to find my favorite. The donair he made for me was filled with chicken, unlike most places that skimp on the meat. He also provided great customer service, ensuring I knew how to properly eat the donair. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions of succulent meat, fresh veggies, and flavorful sauces. After trying it, I decided to replace Subway with Subcity Donair as my go-to place for subs and wraps. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that turned my bad day around.

This restaurant is fantastic! Every time I visit the downtown location, they greet me by name and make me feel like a valued member of their family, not just a customer. The food is excellent!

Best ever! Writing this now, I'm totally craving it.
