Mcdonald's - Kelowna

This locations falsely advertises and drive they open 24/7. Placed an online order through the website. Arrived to pick it up at 12:15 am. I was then informed that the restaurant drive thru is closed and I would not be able to attain my order.

Absolutely terrible. Every time I visit this restaurant, my $30-$40 order is messed up, with items forgotten or placed in the wrong packaging. However, last night was the final straw. My husband found multiple long red hairs in his burger, and when I called to complain, they brushed me off, claiming they were too busy to address the issue. The management is horrendous and the food quality is subpar. This establishment cannot even be considered a decent restaurant. The price of McDonald's has increased significantly, while the quality of food and service has plummeted. I will be returning my Big Mac, red hairs and all. ????

Whenever my friend and I visit this restaurant, we always order items from the menu, like a chocolate milkshake, but the staff doesn't believe us and think we're playing a joke. It has happened about 4 times now. Why is your menu so confusing?

I was usually always happy here but not today , don?t take me wrong staff was still nice but what in gods name did you do to the food? Have you added extra salt on everything? I?ve ordered three burgers and none was eatable. It was so salty I couldn?t standit and sadly I usually love my food saltier then others? the two starts just cause of the staff, sorry guys

As always, the service was speedy and efficient. Our order was accurate and there were no issues. The food is consistent with other McDonald's locations.
