Bidrage med feedbackI can't speak for everyone's meals, but I was not impressed with the signature potchos. They were lukewarm and took a long time to be served.
Thank you Kelly O's! My twin brother and I recently celebrated our 50th birthday party at your restaurant and we were extremely impressed. We called ahead and your staff went above and beyond to accommodate us...
I recently revisited this restaurant after being away for a while. I decided to try their new menu item, the Irish short ribs. Unfortunately, the dish did not come with the Cajun onions as listed on the menu. However, I found the meat to be tender and delicious.
Took forever to order drinks. Once they came it took another 15-20 minutes to order our food. We shared the extreme pachos and asked for no jalapenos but it came with them all over and very little beef. We wanted to tell our server, but he he didn't come back to our table for at least 45 minutes, then stood by waiting for his expected tip. Very poor experience and I will never go back.
Try #1--Was happy to see the generous offer of 40% for fire evacuees...until I tried to use it. I didn't have my paperwork with me when I went to pick up my order as I was unaware of the offer. I did have photo id with my evacuated address however. The manager said that he had to have the evac. paper. I explained I had damaged my foot and walking was challenging at the moment. No grace. I slowly walked back across the parking lot to the hotel and got the paperwork. When I expressed my appreciation for the discount but frustration with the process, I got raised eyebrows with attitude...from the manager!! By the time we ate our food because of the delays, it was soggy and disgusting. Try #2--We didn't really want to go back but it was the only thing open close by for the items we were looking for so we hesitantly went again with paperwork in hand. This time we had to also show our driver's license to match the paperwork. Then the same manager came and told us the discount was only good for dining in. When I said that wasn't the case the other night, he said the managers just decided that's the new policy. I left disgusted. My husband is disabled and deals with PTSD which has been full on dealing with the fires. We haven't been able to eat in a restaurant in several years. This is the one and only time I have been treated so poorly as an evacuee. Starbucks gave us our order free. Many times over. Moxie's gave us 40% off. Taco del Mar gave us 10% off and on the list goes. Each time I offered to show my ID and each time I was told no that wasn't necessary and how sorry they were for what I was going through. I will not set foot in this restaurant again and will make sure others know of the awful attitude I received in a very stressful time of our lives. They shouldn't even bother to offer a discount if they can't give it with gracefulness. It does look good for advertising that they offer it. It felt like that's the only reason for having it in place.
