Bidrage med feedbackLove the pizza. You call no one answered. This has happened to Many times. We are done. Hire some staff. Maybe your business would grow.
Leon Avenue can be a sketchy place, but one thing you can rely on is that City Pizza is there to get you recentred. $5 for a huge slice of pizza is a small price to pay for a full belly. Open late Thursday-Saturday so you never have to go to bed with the spins, haha!
Went to pick up our food tonight and we watched some lady talk handle her phone while making pizzas with bare hands... no gloves. We all know our phones are disgusting and full of germs and this was just nasty. She came up to us after she noticed we took her photo and said she was talking to her mom in India for mother’s day. When we asked why she wasn’t wearing gloves or washing her hands before/after handling the pizza dough and holding her phone, she said that her mom was more important than pizza. We were in shock after this and didn’t know what to do... we ended up going home and tossing our food away in disgust. I wish they would write these opinions on their website so we can make better decisions on where we order our food from! “City Pizza, our personal phone calls are more important than your food safety! Enjoy!”. We watched her make 4/5 pizzas and she said, “don’t worry, I didn’t make yours.” Gross!
Pros downtown location, superb pizza with lots of topping and thick crust Cons can't order easily by phone, wait was a bit long, parking free after 5 pm My son who lives in Kelowna directed us here and we weren't disappointed. This is a place locals love to get pizza from.
Have tried multiple times on different days and they don't seem to answer the phone. Wanted to give them a try. Pity the service is weak. We will not try again.
