Bai Tong Thai Food Restaurant - Kelowna

Downtown Kelowna was very busy on a summer Saturday night, so after trying a few places that were fed we discovered Bai Tong....which actually waited a server to welcome customers on the terrace. We took the bait and so glad we... This Thai restaurant has amazing food, but the most unexpected part was customer service! Kitti, the manager came to our table as soon as we sat with water menus to explain some of the dishes and how we could share, etc. When someone who can't eat anything too spicy, I was worried, but he assured me that it wasn't spicy unless you asked. He was right. We had an appetizer of dumplings, pad Thai dish (we substituted tofu for chicken shrimps) coconut rice. We shared everything and everyone had a glass of their house wine. Everything was delicious! Our server Julia was really good at her job and super friendly. I would certainly recommend this place for large food customer service. What a nice leak to so many places recently experienced that seem less to pay attention to customers. Thanks Kitti Julia!

Phenomenal food service!! Just did pick up but the man working tonight was welcoming put a huge smile on my face with his warmth. Food was also 10/10, fresh delicious : got the salad rolls Autumn curry. Two thumbs up. Highly...recommend
