Mcdonald's - Keizer

Updated review: Since my last review, I have consistently received excellent service at this McDonald's! They are prompt and always make me feel valued. The service has been quick, no matter the time of day. I was asked to park and wait for my order, which was delivered hot and tasted great. Unfortunately, I didn’t check for accuracy and found that I was missing one McChicken Sandwich. Since I live a few miles away from the restaurant, going back just for a single sandwich doesn’t make much sense, both financially and when dining with others. This is one of my biggest frustrations with fast food – service should come first! However, I’ll take the hit this time since I didn’t review my order. Please focus on improving order accuracy!

I ordered 10 Peace Smugges and cheeseburgers, and I was surprised to wait less than a minute for my order. That's right, less than a minute! Everything was hot and fresh. It's unbelievable how efficient they are, and they didn't even try to upsell me on anything else. I definitely plan to visit again. On top of that, the lobby was clean, and the bathroom was spotless—I was so impressed that I even pocketed the paper towels after drying my hands. OMG! I give this place a perfect score of 10 out of 10!

This is one of the most beautiful McDonald's I've ever visited. My grandson wanted a chocolate sundae (but only after finishing his entire lunch), but they were out of ice cream. Given the current state of things during COVID, many places are low on products. We explained to our grandson that we could find ice cream somewhere else. While I was waiting for my lunch, a very nice manager brought me some hot chocolate syrup to use on the ice cream we bought from elsewhere. How thoughtful of her!
