Bidrage med feedbackMy wife and I were in town to visit relatives. They suggested this place. Great down home feel. The bartender gave us the grand tour. He even reminded us of our son. Ended up staying close by and even donated a dartboard.
People have mentioned the drinks and service. Can we stop and appreciate the food? I've never had a steak tartare before and Oh-Em-gee…blew my mind. The roasted duck had a crunchy skin that could only be described as heaven. 8 out of 5 stars.
This is the only bar I come to when I visit Salem! It a classy joint with attentive bartenders who are always down for a deep chat and a laugh. There’s a spot for your dogs to hang! Ask KC to make you a Double-Entendre…
Ok, you need a code to start the puzzles you need to solve to get access. I won’t spoil it because it’s part of the experience but I’m clueless and couldn’t figure it out. Luckily I was able to get in through a friend and this is now our spot when I visit OR. The atmosphere feels like it exists outside of time. Wow, this was quite the experience. A friend of mine found a cypher online that, once solved, provided directions to other riddles and puzzles. We thought it was one of those ARGs that have been popping up, but once solved were able to get a phone number that you’re supposed to text. After texting the number we got a response to “be ready,” pretty ominous I thought, but whatever.
