Bidrage med feedbackTerrible customer service. I stood there about 10 minutes and no one has greeted me or taken my order. I asked the woman if I could get ice cream and she said no. it was so unpleasant. So I was in the register and said ok I'm gonna get an ice cream. the woman never reacted and continued cleaning. I literally laughed out loud and went out empty. it has sucked because I have no baskin or dunkin’ near where I live, so I was excited to either get and I got no.
Yawning and answer in a word answer when we ask if we can get a bagel instead of the croissant as they were out. I didn't get a real answer. edit: after giving up on the sandwich I got a whole bagel with cream cheese and the picture is what I got
I placed a mobile order at 7:46am, I walked in at 8:10am, 1st person in line, and I had to wait a good 5 mins before I was asked what I would like, I said I had a mobile order. they had no idea there was even a mobile order. asked what I had ordered. never looked up the order. I had 2 dozen donuts and a sandwich. she asked what donuts I wanted. I said it is in phone in my car. they said ok, would you just like a mix. I said yes just no nuts. they asked which sanwich? I told them and they said we are out of eggs. i said ok I will just take a refund. we dont know how to refund a mobile order. never asked if I wanted something else. I said so I am just out the money I spent on the sandwich. they said would you like a donut. I said is a donut really an even replacement for a sandwhich, which we all know was at least $5. I was frusterated, by no means yelling, but definately sounding frusterated and upset. Then all of a sudden a customer in line started yelling at me that if I was nicer we could get thru this and get the line moving. he had no idea what I had already been through as he just walked in, and he continued to verbally abuse and harrase me. NO ONE at dunkin donuts stoped him. I am not a mean person, but inorder to defend myslef and stick up for myself, I ended up getting defensive and talking to him the way he was talking to me. I kept telling him to mind his own business. I left in tears. in the meantime, they said they would throw something together to replace the sandwich. when I got in the car, They had put cheese and sausage on a english muffin, I dont even eat sausage. I called a little while later to talk to a supervisor, i was told there was none. after asking if there was no supervisor or manager in, she said i am the shift lead. I asked if she was there when I was verbally attacked by another cutomer. she said yes. I started to explain what had happen and all of a sudden I hear hold music. she clearly was not helpful. I stopped by to get the managers name and number, the girl who originally helped me, and was NEVER rude, asked if I was ok. The rest of the staff was just rude. we are busy. we are short staffed. that is why they put me hold.They would not give me any information of a supervisor. I asked when they would be in, they said in the morning. I will never go back to this location. only one women behind the counter was nice to me. I must say a kudos to the nice lady in line that offered to wait for my stuff so I could get back to my son who was waiting in the car, becasue I was just running to pick up mobile order. PS I wanted to give no stars but I could not get my post to submit without picking anything.If this was Starbuck, they would have said we are so sorry let me look up your order and get it taken care of. if they didnt have my sandwich they would have asked what I would like instead.
I use to Love the old location this place has really rude people lobby was open so I imagine it would be to every one she said only drive thru I have a big truck won't fit in drive thru I asked for a frozen coffee and some hash brown because she said the were only 2 people in there so no breakfast sandwiches only coffee now they came out burnt not like all the other location I've been thru
Typical Dunkin’ (and Baskins Robbins) location. Tasty coffee and much improved service over what was experienced early on. They are getting their act together (which is why I keep returning).
