Dang. Only the Dunes Clan, responsible for the impeccable Younes Convention Center and most major hotels in the eastern half of Nebraska, could feel like I'm from the old Wild West of the Flyover Land and right into a large breakfast facility right from a large Vegas Megacomplex hotel.

I've eaten in some of the best steak houses in the world... that's hit many. Perfectly made, wonderful taste. A hidden jewel.

Was no longer impressed by breakfast buffet, but my wife says it's really good for dinner...nice total space

Bartender (Aaron) was incredibly helpful and friendly. Knows his beers and gave great recommendations for things to do locally.
